Responsible Use Policy

Written by Max

DUSK gives you one free drink every night at a participating venue. Simple as that. This page covers how DUSK is meant to be used, so it stays fair and fun.

By using DUSK, you're agreeing to these rules. We might tweak them now and then, and the latest version always applies.

One drink, enjoyed properly

The one-a-night thing is on purpose. DUSK is a nudge to go out, try somewhere new, and enjoy a good drink, not a hack for free booze. So we keep it to one, and we keep it about having a good night rather than a heavy one.

You've got to be of legal drinking age to use DUSK, and the usual rules apply: follow each venue's policies, and know that venues can refuse service to anyone who's had too much.

Keep your details real

The name and date of birth on your account need to be yours, and they need to match your ID. We or a venue might ask to see ID when you claim a drink, so if it doesn't match up, the drink might not happen. Using someone else's details, or making them up, is a no.

One person, one account

DUSK is for you, personally. That means:

  • One account each. No second (or third) account to grab extra drinks.

  • It's your account. Don't share it, sell it, or borrow someone else's.

  • One drink means one drink, claimed by you, in person.

Venues do their own thing

Each venue sets its own hours, stock, and conditions, and can turn down a redemption at their discretion (no stock, ID doesn't match, you get the idea). We can't promise any particular venue, drink, or offer will always be available.

If things go wrong

If we think an account's being abused, or used in a way that's unfair, dodgy, or harmful to DUSK, our venues, partners, or other users, we'll step in. Depending on what's happened, that might mean pausing or deleting an account, voiding rewards, blocking a device, or pulling access altogether.

That's not a full list, and we might handle things differently case by case. We'll try to keep it fair and proportionate, but the final call is ours, and we may act with or without warning.

Think we got it wrong?

If your account's been actioned and it doesn't seem right, message us through support and we'll take a look. No promises we'll reverse it, but we'll genuinely hear you out.
