What is DUSK Rewards?

With DUSK Rewards you get rewarded just for going out.

Earn points every time you spend at the best bars in your city - points you can use to unlock exclusive rewards from the coolest brands.

No loyalty card, no stamps, you don't even need to open the app (but also do, because it's dope).

How do I earn points?

You'll earn points every time you spend at our partner bars.

Simply link your card on the app and every transaction made at participating venues will earn you points. You can also earn bonus points when you share the love and refer a friend.

Keep on top of transactions and find out about referrals via your Profile tab in-app.

What can I spend my points on?

Our exclusive rewards - from lifestyle to fashion - are handpicked by our team from our favourite brands. Check out the Rewards tab in-app to see the latest collection.

We're constantly adding more rewards, so keep your eyes peeled and send us suggestions for any brands you'd love to see featured. We aim to please!

How do I link my card?

Head to the Rewards tab in-app to link your card. Simply enter your card details or scan your card using your device's camera.

Are my card details safe?

Your data is 100% secure and we'll never charge your card.

To link your card, we present a secure and PCI compliant SDK from Fidel.uk. Your card details are not stored, instead they are tokenised (encrypted to an ID number). Fidel uses that token to identify transactions from Visa, Mastercard & American Express in order to track qualifying purchases.

Fidel is PCI Level 1 compliant, which means they have been approved by an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) to safely and securely handle cardholder data during credit card transactions. Security safeguards include data encryption, firewalls, and physical access controls to buildings.

How do I update my card details?

If your card expires but your replacement has the same number, you don't need to update anything - we can continue to use the card details you've already provided.

To remove a linked card or to add a completely new one, head to the Profile tab in-app and select 'View linked cards' to manage your wallet.

Do you track all my transactions?

We only have access to transactions made on card machines our reward venues by cards registered on the app.

Do my points expire?

Your points never expire, so you can build them up to unlock that reward you've had your eye on for a while.

Do you support online payments (order at table)?

Unfortunately we do not support payments made online, such as order to table services. We only have access to transaction data made on card machines, so you will not be rewarded for online purchases.

Why did I not get points for my transaction?

If you are linking a Mastercard for the first time, it may take up to a week for us to receive transaction data. You can still earn points during this time but they won't show up until the process is complete.

If you still haven't been awarded your points after this time, contact us on live chat with proof of your purchase and we'll help you out. DUSK can only back-date missing transactions from the last 7 days.
