How do I log into the app?

We don't use passwords, so you'll receive a magic link to your email instead with a one-tap login button, or a 6 digit code to enter manually if you would prefer.

I didn't receive a login code?

Please check your spam/junk folder in case the magic link email ended up there. If not, no problem! Get in touch on live chat and we'll send you another one.

How do I reset my password?

You don't need to reset your password to log into DUSK. Just sign in with your email or chosen sign-in method and a magic link will be emailed to you.

How do I logout of the app?

We don't actually have a log out option in app - as tempting as it is, we're not allowed to let people redeem multiple drinks per night so this is our first line of security against that. You can delete the app to automatically log out, or if you'd like to delete your account (sorry to see you go!) then you can do so by reading below 👇

How do I delete my account and personal data?

You can delete your account in-app or by live chat. Requesting this will action permanent erasure of your account and all associated personal data in line with GDPR guidelines.

How do I unsubscribe to emails?

We won't take it (too) personally. Just head into the app, tap on your 'Profile' and find the 'Content Preferences' page. From here you can choose what topics you want to hear about, or fully unsubscribe.

If you want to do this on the web, simply click on the unsubscribe link featured at the bottom of every email, or you can just enter your email address here.

Can I update my personal details?

If you need to update your email address or other personal details, get in touch with us using the chat bubble online, or through the 'Contact Us' button in your 'Profile' tab in-app.
