How do I log into the app?

Sign up using your email address, Facebook login, or sign in with Apple.

We don't use passwords, so you'll receive a magic link to your email instead with a one-tap login button.

I didn't receive a login code?

Please check your spam/junk folder in case the magic link email ended up there. If not, no problem! Get in touch on live chat and we'll send you another one.

How do I reset my password?

You don't need to reset your password to log into DUSK. Just sign in with your email or chosen sign-in method and a magic link will be emailed to you.

How do I logout of the app?

We don't actually have a log out option in app - as tempting as it is, we're not allowed to let people redeem multiple drinks per night so this is our first line of security against that. You can delete the app to automatically log out, or if you'd like to delete your account (sorry to see you go!) then you can request to do so via the Help Center here.

How do I delete my account and personal data?

Contact us via live chat and we'll action permanent erasure of your account and all associated personal data in line with GDPR guidelines. We aim to process requests within 48 hours.

How do I unsubscribe to emails?

We won't take it (too) personally. Just click on the unsubscribe link featured at the bottom of every email, or if you want to do it now then enter your email address here.

Can I update my personal details?

If you need to update your email address or other personal details, get in touch with us using the chat bubble online, or through the 'help centre' in-app.

What data do you collect?

Our privacy policy explains how we use your personal information and other data we collect when you use DUSK.
